About the role

  • HR Relationship Manager building and maintaining relationships with internal partners at Centene. Supporting HR technology strategy and project management for corporate initiatives across diverse work locations.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships and manage service responsibilities with internal partners and end users
  • Ensure timely execution of initiatives as per the technology and Corporate strategy
  • Establish strong relationships with Human Resources
  • Provide guidance to identify solutions, coordinate technology concerns to ensure a timely follow up that includes a resolution
  • Coordinate the design, development and roll-out of product enhancements
  • Identify new communication and collaboration tools
  • Support the project management of all technology initiatives and implementations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Management or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of product or client management, customer service or other related experience
  • Previous experience as a lead in a functional area, product management, managing cross functional teams on large scale projects preferred
  • IT experience/knowledge preferred
  • Possesses strong written and verbal communication, planning and analytical skills
