Responsibilities
Lead operational excellence across the Global Order Fulfilment function through effective management and decisive action in the areas of environment, health and safety, quality, installation, process development, cost control, and employee relations.
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team that includes Customer Project Managers, Site Planning Engineers, and Installation personnel.
Manage the Site Planning team and ensure all site-planning documents, templates, and technical requirements remain accurate, current, and fully aligned with product and regulatory updates.
Ensure customers receive timely, accurate, and complete guidance throughout the project phases.
Create, manage, and maintain tracking tools for on-site activities to ensure accurate, timely, and proactive reporting.
Own revenue recognition and installation readiness dates across all regions and installations; provide clear, consistent reporting throughout the organization.
Hold regular 1:1 meetings with all direct team members to provide guidance, support, and development opportunities.
Ensure accurate, timely, and comprehensive reporting on all Order Fulfilment activities, both internally and externally, as required.
Own and maintain the global installation schedule, proactively identifying risks, resource constraints, and dependencies.
Drive and coordinate non-standard requests and special projects, ensuring alignment across functions and successful delivery of unique customer or product requirements.
Lead the development and continuous improvement of Order Fulfilment processes, documentation, and best practices for both new and existing product releases.
Prioritize and execute operational improvements, developing strategic plans for short-, mid-, and long-term organizational needs.
Drive the effective implementation and utilization of the company's Salesforce CRM system, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
Collaborate closely with global cross-functional teams to develop, refine, and enforce operational procedures in alignment with the company’s Quality Management System (QMS).
Perform additional duties and lead special projects as assigned.
Travel domestically and internationally, as required, to support installations, team development, and customer engagements.
5+ years of leadership experience in Order Fulfillment of complex electromechanical systems, including installation management and customer-facing project delivery.
Proven ability to build, lead, and develop high-performance teams, ideally within startup or scale-up environments.
Experience managing complex construction projects.
Experience working across multiple geographic regions and coordinating global operations.
Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).
Experience in regulated industries; familiarity with ISO 13485 or similar quality systems is highly desirable.
Strong process development and continuous improvement mindset.
Comfortable working with CRM systems and ensuring data accuracy.
Data literate with good working knowledge of MS Office and Project management tools.
Valid driving license and ability to travel domestically and internationally when required.
