About the role

  • Account Director managing strategic partnerships in the electronics industry for CELUS. Strengthening and growing the global ecosystem of electronic component manufacturers and distributors.

Responsibilities

  • We are hiring a dynamic Account Director - Strategic Partnerships (F/M/D) to strengthen and grow our global ecosystem of electronic component manufacturers and distributors.
  • Develop and execute CELUS’ global partnerships and accounts strategy, with a strong focus on scalability, co-selling opportunities, component ecosystem expansion, and long-term commercial value creation.
  • Identify, evaluate, and negotiate strategic partnerships across component manufacturers, distributors, EDA design-tool providers, and complementary software platforms.
  • Manage and grow key enterprise accounts, ensuring exceptional satisfaction, retention, and expansion opportunities.
  • Translate CELUS’ long-term vision into clear partnership goals, priorities, and go-to-market initiatives that support revenue, user growth, and platform adoption.
  • Collaborate with Growth to drive joint campaigns, co-branded content, industry events, and scalable partner-enablement initiatives.
  • Build deep relationships in the electronics components, distributions and electronics engineering ecosystem, positioning CELUS as the technology leader in design automation.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine partner selection, account performance, and operational effectiveness, ensuring focus on high-value opportunities.

Requirements

  • Senior-level experience in strategic partnerships, enterprise account management, business development, or ecosystem development within a B2B SaaS or electronics engineering-focused company.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup or innovation-driven environment with the ability to operate independently and take ownership of initiatives from strategy through execution with limited structure.
  • Strong understanding of the electronics engineering, PCB design, or electronic components ecosystem or the ability to rapidly learn and navigate the space.
  • Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Strategic thinker with a high degree of ownership, entrepreneurial mindset, and the ability to execute with precision and speed.
  • Analytical and data-driven, comfortable managing pipelines, forecasting growth, and identifying opportunities for partnership expansion.
  • Relevant degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA is advantageous but not required.
