Responsibilities
Reinforce the team in the hospitality (Gastro) Service Desk / Help Desk
Serve as a point of contact for customers by phone and email for IT issues in the areas of network, servers, clients, hardware and software
Document and triage support requests
Handle problems and IT issues arising in day-to-day operations
Requirements
Completed IT training, e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration (Fachinformatiker/in Systemintegration) or equivalent professional experience in the area; career changers are also welcome
Good knowledge of network and server environments
Strong service orientation and genuine interest in the role
Independent working style and open communication
Languages: German and English, spoken and written
