About the role

  • First Level Support Gastro - Help Desk role providing IT support for restaurant clients via phone and email. Handling network, server, and software-related queries from clients.

Responsibilities

  • Reinforce the team in the hospitality (Gastro) Service Desk / Help Desk
  • Serve as a point of contact for customers by phone and email for IT issues in the areas of network, servers, clients, hardware and software
  • Document and triage support requests
  • Handle problems and IT issues arising in day-to-day operations

Requirements

  • Completed IT training, e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration (Fachinformatiker/in Systemintegration) or equivalent professional experience in the area; career changers are also welcome
  • Good knowledge of network and server environments
  • Strong service orientation and genuine interest in the role
  • Independent working style and open communication
  • Languages: German and English, spoken and written
