Bilingual Marketing Communications Specialist developing internal and external strategies for CDW Canada. Collaborating across departments and supporting Quebec market growth within a 12-month contract.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement communication strategies to inform, educate and engage colleagues, customers and partners across the country
Support CDW’s growth in the Quebec market and ensure compliance with Bill 96
Develop ongoing communication programs and key messages across multiple platforms
Oversee translation of organization-wide content and ensure consistency with brand voice
Manage relationships with agencies and third-party service providers, and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, including leadership and senior management
Support the ongoing updating and maintenance of brand and product content on the intranet, e-commerce site and corporate website
Ensure regular updates of branded content across various platforms
Provide additional support for marketing activities and regional events as needed
Requirements
Bilingual in French and English
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism or a related field
Minimum five years of experience in marketing or communications, with an emphasis on writing; experience in the technology sector is an asset
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization, including leadership and senior management
Demonstrated ability to write and produce marketing materials and communications content for diverse audiences in both French and English
Experience collaborating across departments to gather and disseminate information
Proven track record of developing and maintaining strategic relationships
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to a dynamic work environment
