Responsibilities
Further develop and expand resilience and emergency management in accordance with DORA
Analyze business-critical processes and develop measures to mitigate risks
Plan, coordinate and document emergency exercises and recovery tests
Conduct awareness and training activities and advise business units on business continuity and crisis management
Work closely with IT Service Continuity Management, Risk Management and external partners
In case of an incident: coordinate the crisis management team and ensure smooth communication and decision-making
Act as the central point of contact for internal stakeholders and external audit bodies
Requirements
Degree in Banking, Business Administration, Computer Science or a comparable qualification
Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations and standards in Business Continuity Management (particularly in the banking environment)
Experience in process analysis and in drafting policies, procedures and manuals
Strong team and communication skills and a confident presence
Very good German and good English language skills
