Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and refine comprehensive marketing strategies
  • Define and evolve Media Solutions’ brand strategy
  • Collaborate closely with the Chief Revenue Officer and leadership team
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a small team of direct reports
  • Manage the marketing budget
  • Spearhead all marketing and communications endeavors
  • Analyze market trends, monitor competitor activities, and evaluate marketing campaign performance

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a closely related field
  • Several years of progressive experience in marketing roles, demonstrating increasing responsibility and leadership
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team
  • Proven experience in effectively managing complex budgets, allocating resources
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are critical
  • Bilingualism (French and English) is required
  • A strong capability to analyze complex market data
  • Familiarity with modern marketing software (e.g., CRM, marketing automation platforms)
