Requirements
- Proven mining application and operations expertise, with hands-on experience in field operations or account management.
- Extensive knowledge of Caterpillar products and services, including site operations, fleet maintenance, repair processes, and dealer operations.
- Project management experience.
- Well-versed in the Mining and Heavy Equipment industries, including key trends, challenges, regulatory factors, and influential players.
- Ability to prioritize customer needs and satisfaction in all business decisions.
- Strong problem-solving, influencing, and negotiating skills.
- Ability to analyze complex situations, evaluate options, and make informed decisions that optimize site performance.
