Responsibilities
- Responsible for the continuous improvement of our operational processes — with a focus on efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness
- Lead cross-functional process optimization projects and develop sustainable solutions
- Establish Lean and Kaizen methodologies and promote a culture of continuous improvement
- Conduct workshops and trainings to engage teams in process thinking and operational excellence
- Proactively identify improvement opportunities in logistics, production, and daily operations and implement them together with the team
- Support executive management on strategic projects and implement efficient management and controlling tools
- Work closely with site managers and teams to embed best practices across the company
Requirements
- Completed degree — ideally in engineering, business administration, or general management
- At least three years of professional experience in Lean Management or Operational Excellence
- Experience in change management and process optimization, preferably in the food or gastronomy sector
- Leadership experience and the ability to inspire and empower teams
- Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- Excellent MS Office skills; experience with Lucanet or Wawi (merchandise management) systems is a plus
- Fluent German and English
- Willingness to travel regularly (approx. 40%)
