About the role

  • Guide sellers through the sales process on our platform and act as the liaison to dealer partners. Use multichannel communication to ensure efficient, successful transactions.

Responsibilities

  • You advise sellers on selling their cars through our "Sell My Car" platform and connect them with partner dealerships to create a seamless customer experience for both sides
  • You communicate across multiple channels such as phone, email, or WhatsApp to ensure an efficient sales process, thereby increasing satisfaction for sellers and dealers
  • Without your involvement many sales would literally fall through — you are the link between sellers and dealers and continuously drive high conversion rates

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills and a confident presence — across different target groups
  • Experience in sales, ideally from automotive retail / car dealerships or comparable roles, plus empathy and interpersonal sensitivity
  • Passion for the automotive industry: you stay up to date on trends and developments and know what’s happening in the market
  • Analytical thinking: ability to use data to identify opportunities and risks
  • Hands-on mentality, high self-motivation and resilience in a dynamic scale-up environment
