Responsibilities
You advise sellers on selling their cars through our "Sell My Car" platform and connect them with partner dealerships to create a seamless customer experience for both sides
You communicate across multiple channels such as phone, email, or WhatsApp to ensure an efficient sales process, thereby increasing satisfaction for sellers and dealers
Without your involvement many sales would literally fall through — you are the link between sellers and dealers and continuously drive high conversion rates
Requirements
Strong communication skills and a confident presence — across different target groups
Experience in sales, ideally from automotive retail / car dealerships or comparable roles, plus empathy and interpersonal sensitivity
Passion for the automotive industry: you stay up to date on trends and developments and know what’s happening in the market
Analytical thinking: ability to use data to identify opportunities and risks
Hands-on mentality, high self-motivation and resilience in a dynamic scale-up environment
