About the role

  • Logistics Analyst managing customer relations and operational processes at Carsten, a leading logistics provider. Responsible for order tracking, communication, and performance analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain direct client relationships, ensuring high-quality service and support for identified requests.
  • Accept and verify orders, ensuring they comply with operational standards.
  • Monitor vehicles in operation, tracking trip status, deadlines, and any incidents.
  • Monitor orders from creation to final delivery, ensuring visibility and traceability.
  • Create and record orders in the system, keeping information accurate and up to date.
  • Analyze operational data and manage logistics KPIs, proposing continuous process improvements.
  • Coordinate internal communication with the company's control tower and clients' external control towers to ensure operational alignment.
  • Perform regular follow-ups with clients regarding order and operation status.
  • Prepare and present operational reports and performance results to clients and internal management.
  • Be available to work flexible hours to meet operational business demands.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Prior experience in logistics or operations preferred.
  • Familiarity with logistics management systems (TMS/ERP is a plus).
  • Strong skills in data analysis and performance metrics.
  • Good communication, organizational skills, and a sense of urgency.
