About the role

  • Key Account Manager supporting revenue and growth targets in HVAC solutions for Viessmann Switzerland. Focusing on strategic client acquisition and project management across Switzerland.

Responsibilities

  • Management and development of national key accounts such as large corporate clients, distribution partners, installers, and energy suppliers
  • Identification of growth opportunities within the customer portfolio
  • Conducting annual reviews as well as complex contract, pricing and procurement negotiations with decision-makers
  • Coordination of customer projects with internal specialist departments

Requirements

  • A basic technical education plus further training in building services engineering or in sales management
  • Several years of sales experience in the HVAC industry
  • Excellent MS Office 365 skills
  • Experience with Salesforce and solid sales and key account management experience
  • German language skills at least at C1 level; English is desirable; French and Italian are an advantage
  • Self-motivated and reliable
  • Persuasive with strong negotiation skills, a sense of commitment, and discretion
  • Valid driving licence
