About the role

  • PA role focused on product analytics within a tech and business multidisciplinary team. Driving data quality and governance, and collaborating with stakeholders for enhanced solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a PA with a multidisciplinary team composed of technology and business professionals
  • Understand our mission and how it translates into the best solutions for our partners and customers
  • Understand our solutions and tools and translate them into clear language for the team and partners
  • Ensure data quality across the data lifecycle through processes, solutions, and governance
  • Scale our governance and architectural usage with a bank-wide perspective
  • Monitor partners' maturity in using our tools and help to advance it
  • Work with and build partnerships with stakeholders to improve daily operations and interactions
  • Apply Discovery and Delivery frameworks and approaches for digital products

Requirements

  • Language: English - Intermediate

  • Knowledge of the Amazon Cloud ecosystem within Itaú focusing on data consumption, governance, processing, and democratization
  • Understanding of processes covering the entire data lifecycle: mapping, KPI definition, technical specification, tag implementation, validation, usage, and activation
  • Knowledge of analytics tools (data collection and use): Google Analytics, Looker, Google Tag Manager, and Amazon QuickSight
  • OKR and KPI management and experience with Scrum ceremonies
  • Analytical thinking and data-driven decision making
  • Additionally, the following would be a plus:
  • Familiarity with backend technologies to be able to discuss technical questions with the engineering team as they relate to the business
  • Knowledge of media tools and how they integrate with analytics (Adjust, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.)
