About the role

  • Senior Change Management Analyst leading transformation strategies and stakeholder engagement at BUPJ. Responsible for adoption of changes and alignment with business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement change management strategies for large-scale projects within the operational and cultural transformation program.
  • Conduct organizational impact analyses and mitigation plans.
  • Create and execute communication, training, and engagement plans for diverse audiences.
  • Act as a strategic partner to leadership, supporting stakeholder management and promoting a culture of change.
  • Monitor adoption and effectiveness metrics for initiatives, proposing adjustments as needed.
  • Ensure alignment between business, technology, and people to secure delivery of expected results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Engineering, Communication, or related fields.
  • Proven experience in change management (Change Management) in organizational transformation projects.
  • Knowledge of methodologies such as Prosci, HCMBOOK, or similar.
  • Ability to operate in complex environments with multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
