Responsibilities
- Provide routine activities within established procedures and limits for one or more sourcing categories or locations
- Execute procurement transaction processes and procurement records
- Provide location procurement support
- Handle supplier events and relationships
- Implement sourcing strategies
- Collaborate with process lead and team manager on the maintenance of ongoing tracking mechanisms for basic performance metrics
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on procurement processes, procedures and requirements
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of relationships with suppliers
- Execute procurement transactions to ensure the end to end purchase order process is completed
- Handle moderate to complex issues and problems
Requirements
- Fluency in English – written and verbal
- Dutch language will be considered as a strong advantage
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Working knowledge of enterprise resource planning
- Experience working in shared service operations
- Minimum of three years of experience in procurement or invoice to pay processes
- Customer service experience
