Responsibilities
Execute Procurement Operations processes, such as: creating, modifying, confirming purchase orders and following up on deliveries.
Support purchasing transactions by ensuring the completion of the order process in alignment with strategies and policies.
Provide end-user support related to the purchasing process.
Perform administrative tasks in support of improvement projects.
Respond to requests in compliance with established SLAs.
Handle moderately complex administrative, technical, or customer support issues under general supervision, while escalating more complex issues to the appropriate team.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills - required
Intermediate Spanish - required
Knowledge of invoices (nota fiscal) - desirable
Basic English - desirable
Experience in administrative activities - desirable
