About the role
- Marketing Communication Officer implementing digital strategy for Cargill's food solutions. Focusing on e-commerce performance, content management, and social media engagement.
Responsibilities
- Manage e-commerce performance: traffic, conversion, revenue, customer satisfaction, and catalog compliance
- Oversee daily site operations: updates, banners, promotions, visuals, and product pages
- Coordinate site development and maintenance with the e-commerce integrator
- Deploy Email & SMS campaigns: targeting, segmentation, content, and automation
- Manage web content for France & export markets: news, articles, and competitive monitoring
- Manage social media (Facebook, LinkedIn…): editorial calendar, creation of visuals/videos, campaign management and monitoring
- Produce marketing content: newsletters, landing pages, campaign assets, and promotional materials
- Support category managers in creating collateral: testimonials, brochures, product sheets, videos, and landing pages
- Manage and evolve internal digital tools (Power Apps / My Neolait): requirements gathering, prioritization, testing, and deployment
- Contribute to digital marketing & communication strategy and participate in team life and national events: Sommet, SPACE, Salon de l’Herbe…
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (equivalent to Bac+3) in digital marketing or communications
- At least 3 years of experience in e-commerce/digital marketing, ideally in the agricultural sector
- Fluent French
- Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken)
