Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Early‑Stage Sales Engagement: Drive proactive outreach to new prospects across SEE; engage leads from marketing campaigns; conduct structured qualification calls.
Local Demand Generation Activities: Execute outreach aligned with campaigns; support events; collaborate with channel partners.
Pipeline Development & Handoff: Create qualified SQLs; re-engage dormant leads; align with field sales.
Market Coverage: Map stakeholders; identify new projects; support specifier influence.
1–4 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or business development.
Strong communication and prospecting skills.
Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering.
English fluency; additional SEE languages preferred.
Preferred: Experience in building technologies/fire/security; familiarity with project‑based selling.
