Responsibilities
Oversee the design, implementation, and administration of employee benefits programs within our Aerospace business.
Ensure benefits offerings align with the company's overall compensation and benefits strategy.
Manage the day-to-day administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness programs.
Contribute to the well-being and satisfaction of employees.
Report directly to the VP Global Benefits and work out of Phoenix, AZ on a Hybrid work schedule.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations related to employee benefits.
Requirements
Minimum of 6 plus years of experience in global benefits administration or a related field.
Strong knowledge of global employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
Experience with benefits administration systems and tools.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong understanding of applicable laws and regulations related to global employee benefits.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Experience working in a global and diverse organization.
