Requirements
- Minimum of 6 plus years of experience in global benefits administration or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of global employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
- Experience with benefits administration systems and tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of applicable laws and regulations related to global employee benefits.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience working in a global and diverse organization.
