Responsibilities
Play a pivotal role in identifying, preventing, and mitigating operational non-compliances across P3 facilities.
Systematically review operational activities, uncover risks before they escalate, and ensure all maintenance, service delivery, and asset management activities meet contractual, regulatory, and internal compliance requirements.
Report directly to the Field Service Manager.
Work closely with Field Service Manager, Facility Managers, and client teams to perform forward-looking compliance reviews, correct deficiencies, and enhance the reliability and quality of operational delivery.
Thrive on analyzing details, building preventative processes, and driving excellence through compliance‑focused operational oversight.
Requirements
Diploma or technical certification in Facilities Management, Building Operations, Engineering Technology, or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of experience in facility operations, building maintenance, or technical service delivery.
Minimum 3 years of experience with compliance-driven roles or environments (P3, institutional, healthcare, or commercial).
Minimum 3 years of experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire/life safety systems.
Willingness to travel up to 50% within Canada
Proficiency with CMMS platforms and data accuracy practices.
High attention to detail with the ability to identify subtle non-compliances or early indicators of risk.
Strong analytical and documentation skills with a proactive mindset.
Ability to build collaborative relationships and drive accountability across operational teams.
Experience preparing for audits and managing corrective actions.
Comfort performing site inspections and field-level verification activities.
