About the role

  • Operations Administrator supporting daily operations at Journey Capital, ensuring accuracy and compliance while managing client inquiries.

Responsibilities

  • Review the accuracy of client information entered in our systems
  • Generate contracts
  • Facilitate the disbursement and collection of funds
  • Register and monitor collateral
  • Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries
  • Prioritize and manage workload for transaction processing
  • File and maintain incident management tickets
  • Execute ad-hoc tasks from the Manager of Operations
