About the role
- Product Owner for helloCash developing SaaS products with AI focus. Managing product backlog and user needs in a hybrid team setup.
Responsibilities
- Prioritize, maintain, and evolve the product backlog
- Analyze user behavior; plan and evaluate A/B tests (CRO) and other experiments
- Support internationalization — e.g., market entry into Spain (user research, localization, product optimizations)
- Build and continuously improve structured product analytics setups, including KPI definition
- Compliance & Accessibility: coordinate legal requirements (e.g., European Accessibility Act — EAA)
- Develop and evaluate AI use cases (automations, recommendations, assistive features)
- Contribute to internal AI projects and responsibly design AI features
Requirements
- IT background (IT‑HTL diploma, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent qualification)
- At least 3 years' experience in a SaaS/product ownership environment
- Experience with data-driven product development and experimentation
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (EAA/WCAG) and basic GDPR principles
- Excellent German and English skills; Spanish is a plus
- Analytical thinking, structured working style, and strong communication skills
- Nice to have: experience with GA4, Amplitude, or Mixpanel
- Nice to have: experience with AI-powered products (LLMs, prompting, guardrails)
- Basic knowledge of SQL or Figma
