  • Balance competitiveness, profitability, and customer value through effective pricing models (e.g., cost-plus, value-based, or competitive benchmarking).
  • Maintain and communicate pricing policies, discount structures, and approval frameworks.
  • Partner with Product leadership to optimise pricing at key lifecycle moments: launch premium models, mid-life refreshes (e.g., Gen 2 upgrades), and end-of-life transitions for older hardware.

  • Conduct ongoing market and competitor pricing analysis for the video-device category to inform product positioning and pricing decisions.

  • Support business case development for new product launches and lifecycle pricing adjustments.
  • Develop and maintain profitability by SKU/product-line dashboards, identifying low-margin SKUs, cannibalisation risk, bundling opportunities, and recommending pricing adjustments or phase-outs.
  • Lead competitive pricing analysis using market data, win/loss insights, and customer feedback to maintain market relevance.
  • Identify risks and opportunities in product portfolio performance, and provide actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Work closely with regional Sales and Channel teams to support pricing proposals and large-deal negotiations.

  • Track and analyze key pricing and profitability KPIs.
  • Produce dashboards and reports for leadership on pricing performance, elasticity, and margin trends.
  • Identify opportunities to improve pricing accuracy, agility, and efficiency through tools and automation.
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Finance, Sales Operations, and Supply Chain teams.
