Responsibilities
Lead a portfolio of high-value government partnerships
Develop exciting new funding opportunities
Shape local and national conversations about young people’s needs
Collaborate with Fundraising, Public Affairs, and Delivery teams
Secure significant income to support place-based strategy
Requirements
Experience in building strategic relationships across government and non-government sectors
Confident communicator with the ability to influence policy
Proven track record of securing funding and developing partnerships
Understanding of young people’s needs and the challenges they face
Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams
Motivated, goal-oriented, and skilled at spotting opportunities.
