Experience in building partnerships and relationships, particularly with NHS employers, and stakeholders.
Deep understanding of NHS recruitment processes and landscapes.
Strong insight into social impact and the needs of young people.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively.
Passionate about making a tangible difference in the lives of young people.
