About the role

  • Art Director creating industry-leading design solutions at IMA. Responsible for high-quality creative content and overseeing internal and client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Planning and creating engaging content by showing a raft of imaginative ideas
  • Taking the lead with presentations and present-backs to clients
  • Suggesting and producing engaging copy for a variety of formats and platforms
  • Building and maintaining strong working relationships with immediate teams, other agency departments, and external partners
  • Supporting senior team members to develop and sell creative campaigns effectively to clients
  • Keeping a pulse on new trends and creative opportunities to ensure our clients stay ahead

Requirements

  • Previous agency experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A basic knowledge of all media channels, and a willingness to learn about evolving digital marketing areas
  • The ability to take the lead on creative decisions while keeping the Creative Director informed
  • A team player who acts with integrity, honesty, loyalty, and fairness
  • Someone who is flexible to change and thrives in a creative, fast-paced environment
