Requirements

  • Confident in expanding and strengthening relationships with both new and existing customers
  • Develop and nurture key business relationships across your territory
  • Ensure alignment with Holcim’s commercial strategy and growth objectives
  • Actively identify and secure new business opportunities
  • Focus on generating high value sales and driving long-term partnerships
  • Prepare and present reports to assess performance and guide strategic decisions
  • Monitor and manage market share within your region
  • Assess both won and lost opportunities to shape future sales strategies
  • Agree and achieve margin and volume targets
