Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle headhunting for critical and hard-to-fill technical positions.
Build and maintain pipelines of highly qualified candidates.
Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies, including proactive sourcing and talent heat mapping.
Provide insights and market intelligence to support strategic workforce planning.
Partner with hiring managers and TA team members to ensure seamless candidate experience.
Track and report key metrics related to talent acquisition and candidate pipelines.
Requirements
2+ years of proven experience in headhunting or recruitment, especially for Corporate roles (Marketing - Sales - Finance - Legal & Compliance)
Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
Ability to deliver strategic talent insights and workforce planning support.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with LinkedIn Corporate or Recruiter Lite, ATS tools and talent mapping techniques.
