About the role

  • Account Executive role focusing on B2B client management in the SaaS sector for GuestWorld. Building consultative relationships and driving account growth with Tier II/III clients.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop B2B clients (Tier II/III)
  • Build consultative relationships and provide close client support
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Product, Tech, Operations)
  • Lead commercial negotiations and contract renewals
  • Monitor account metrics and drive account growth.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B Account roles
  • Experience in technology / SaaS (required)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-driven and results-oriented
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English (Spanish/French are a plus)
  • Experience in Rent-a-Car / Mobility is a plus.
