Responsibilities
Manage and develop B2B clients (Tier II/III)
Build consultative relationships and provide close client support
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Coordinate with internal teams (Product, Tech, Operations)
Lead commercial negotiations and contract renewals
Monitor account metrics and drive account growth.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in B2B Account roles
Experience in technology / SaaS (required)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-driven and results-oriented
Fluency in Portuguese and English (Spanish/French are a plus)
Experience in Rent-a-Car / Mobility is a plus.
