Responsibilities
Achieving the strategic goals of Retail Business Banking (RBB) and ensuring the smooth operation of RBB activities throughout the area market.
Supervising, motivating, and coaching the Relationship Managers under your responsibility and supporting the team’s development by ensuring their engagement and professional growth.
Managing and developing assigned customer portfolios as well as attracting new customers.
Proactively researching market trends and monitoring the competition.
Collaborating with Branch Managers and other branch staff in the area to achieve common business goals.
Requirements
Have 5 years of relevant professional experience within an established organization in Banking (corporate or structured finance divisions) or a similar industry.
Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or another field of study. Postgraduate degrees will be considered an additional qualification.
Hold professional certifications in SB and bancassurance, which will be highly appreciated.
Possess a high level of digital literacy and analytical abilities, with excellent knowledge of business systems and platforms.
Are fluent in the English language (written and verbal communication).
Demonstrate excellence in value-based behaviors, with emphasis on delivering results that have significant impact and building mutually beneficial relationships when working with clients or colleagues.
