About the role

  • Data Analyst in Business Intelligence team analyzing data from multiple sources for performance decisions. Using SQL and Tableau to turn complexity into clarity with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Use SQL to extract, transform, and manage data from internal sources, ensuring it’s accurate and ready for analysis.
  • Analyze complex business problems, uncovering trends, root causes, and opportunities to improve performance.
  • Build and enhance Tableau reports and dashboards, turning data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
  • Partner with product, management, and cross-functional teams to define KPIs and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate closely with BI teammates and data engineers to improve data pipelines, reduce technical debt, and scale the Data Warehouse.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in data analytics, supported by a relevant educational background (e.g. data science, statistics, mathematics, or a related field).
  • Strong SQL skills, including working with large datasets, writing complex queries, and optimizing performance.
  • Knowledge of Python or R is an advantage.
  • Hands-on experience with Tableau with the ability to turn complex data into clear, engaging insights.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to understand needs, translate them into analytical solutions, and communicate insights clearly.
  • Solid understanding of statistical methods and how to apply them in real business contexts.
  • Confident working with data from different angles, able to dive into details while keeping the bigger picture in mind.
  • Self-driven and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, take ownership, and adapt in a fast-changing environment.
  • Fluency in verbal and written communication in English is essential, as it's our primary means of interaction.
