About the role
- Data Analyst Intern supporting sales and business development team by analyzing data for actionable insights. Providing performance reports and collaborating with marketing to evaluate campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and organize sales and customer data from multiple sources (CRM, campaigns, internal tools)
- Build and maintain dashboards to track key sales metrics (revenue, conversion rates, pipeline, etc.)
- Analyze sales performance and identify trends, gaps, and opportunities
- Support forecasting and pipeline analysis for business planning
- Assist in segmenting customers and identifying high-value target groups
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to evaluate campaign performance
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for internal stakeholders
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Data Analytics, Business, Economics, Statistics, or related fields
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Basic proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables required)
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio) is a plus
- Basic knowledge of SQL or Python is a plus
- Interest in business, sales, or startups is highly preferred**
