About the role

• Technical Program Manager responsible for developing AI tools and automating workflows. Collaborating across teams for scalable delivery in a high-impact church organization.

Responsibilities

• Own AI tool delivery end-to-end—from prototype through secure, scalable deployment.
• Coordinate the activities of inter-division/departmental teams to develop solutions.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy AI agentic tools that automate program management workflows.
• Provide leadership during solution development and deployment.
• Ensure requirements of the program/project from inception to delivery are identified and followed.
• Manage risks and dependencies, drive on-time delivery, and help resolve impediments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent professional experience
• Four years of technical program or project management experience in areas pertinent to the organization’s IT directions
• Foundational knowledge of software development practices
• Track record of executing projects – particularly enterprise-level applications
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships
• Ability to negotiate and positively influence people at all levels of the organization
• Excellent analytical skills
• Ability to think critically and decompose complex problems into coherent technology strategy and solutions
• Understanding of architectural and system concepts
• Project planning, organizing, communication, team motivating and delegating skills.
• Goal-oriented, action-focused, pragmatic and self-disciplined.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Recognized project management certification preferred.
• Hands-on experience developing AI-enabled applications using LLMs and agentic approaches preferred.
