  • Account Executive responsible for business development through strategic advisors in Northern Alberta. Ensuring new business and retention targets are met while enhancing customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for business development in Northern Alberta
  • Develop and manage relationships with strategic advisors
  • Provide training, sales tools, and resources for advisors
  • Explore opportunities for expanding partnerships and acquiring new advisors
  • Communicate what can be done for clients and prospects
  • Present renewals and assist with account installation
  • Work with internal business units and client care specialists

Requirements

  • Life, Accident, and Sickness licensing required
  • Group Benefits Associate (GBA) or higher designation preferred
  • Continuous learner enrolling in educational courses
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Strong organizational, communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical skills to monitor performance metrics
  • Professionalism and excellence in sales ability
