About the role

  • Lead PMO team responsible for project controlling and administrative tasks. Supporting invoicing processes and reporting within operational departments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and Mentor the PMO team
  • Support for project controlling as well as organizational and administrative tasks
  • Support in the billing/invoicing process
  • Hardware management (customer-specific)
  • Controlling of onboarding processes
  • Interface function between operational departments
  • Preparation of cost-benefit analyses, risk analyses, reporting, and SLA management
  • Project documentation and archiving
  • Process documentation

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in PMO
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field
  • Very good user skills in MS Office / Office 365 (especially Excel, Teams, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent German and good English skills (both written and spoken)
  • Above-average attention to detail.
  • Independent action and task management
