- Manage the day-to-day processes that support ATM and non-ATM hardware

- Identify trends, track gaps, and ensure data integrity for monthly performance reviews

- Identify and resolve breakdowns in the hardware lifecycle

Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification
- At least 1 year of Project or Process Management Experience
- At least 1 year of experience using Google Suite or Microsoft Office
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
- Professional certification in Lean, Six Sigma, Business Process Management (BPM), or Project Management (preferred)
- Previous experience in hardware lifecycle management or retail banking operations (preferred)
