About the role

Responsibilities
- Preparation and post-processing of the instruments, equipment, materials and implants required for the procedure
- Float duties as well as independently handling instruments and assisting in surgical procedures across all our specialties
- Proper documentation of all surgical procedures in accordance with medical standards and guidelines
- Through qualified and professionally skilled surgical assistance, you are responsible for an efficient and smooth conduct of the procedure
Requirements
- Completed training as an Operating Room Technician (OTA) or as a Registered Nurse
- High commitment, flexibility and a strong sense of responsibility
- Enjoy working in a trusting, cooperative interprofessional team and see yourself as the interface between nursing and medical care
- Good communication skills, openness and empathy for our patients
