About the role

  • Lead the teams through the implementation of new platforms to accommodate network shared services arrangements and innovative third party administrator services
  • Interact with all areas of the enterprise to address any service issues
  • Coordinate with areas of the customer that can resolve issues and maintain ongoing operations
  • Oversee the implementation of new customers and ongoing monitoring of performance

Requirements

  • 5 years related experience
  • 1 year staff, team lead or project lead experience
  • Experience leading a significant change initiative requiring change management leadership
  • Experience leading diverse work groups/project teams to successfully meet established objectives
  • Demonstrated planning, organizing, and managing of major corporate level initiatives
