Administrator of insurance remuneration managing commission entries and assisting in financial database tasks at Horizons Financial. Position available for full-time students during summer internship.
Responsibilities
Review and reconcile compensation and commission payments, including entering commissions into the administrative system (WealthServ)
Enter commissions for associated general agents into the appropriate databases
Contribute to entries and notices in the Debt Module
Provide coverage for colleagues during absences and vacations
Perform any other duties as assigned
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program (college or university) in finance or a related field
Bilingualism (French and English) is an asset; required only for Quebec-based positions
