Responsibilities

  • Lead execution of annual executive talent assessment process
  • Manage talent pools and succession plans
  • Design and oversee development of leadership programs
  • Lead development of business reporting on talent metrics
  • Be a thought leader in Talent Management
  • Partner with Canadian business and HR on talent management initiatives
  • Curate partnerships with assessment and educational institutions
  • Collaborate on diversity, equity, and inclusion programs
  • Monitor and measure efficacy of talent solutions

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in executive talent management, succession planning or leadership development
  • Experience working in complex federated global organizations considered an asset
  • Strategic Business Partnership: Ability to communicate fluidly and influence at the highest levels
  • Executive Talent Leadership: Experience building and leading executive talent functions
  • Talent Development Excellence: Proven track record in designing and delivering programs that elevate executive talent
  • Expertise in Assessment & Leadership Development: Foundation in talent measurement and assessment
  • Collaborative Leadership: Strong relationship-building across business lines
  • Change Leadership: Ability to guide leaders through transformation
  • Executive Influence: Skilled in navigating complex stakeholder environments
