Responsibilities
Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) using adult learning methodologies and instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM)
Design and develop e‑learning modules (e.g., Compass)
Conceptualize, prepare, and implement learning program development activities
Build and maintain strong working relationships with trainers, SMEs, learning champions, and stakeholders across the enterprise
Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend actionable solutions
Perform vendor management related to program development needs
Facilitate selected Learning & Development courses, as needed
Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree or comparable professional experience
Strong instructional design background with hands‑on experience in e‑learning creation
Proven experience using Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise) or equivalent tools
Demonstrated ability to design digital learning content from scratch
Experience developing training materials for developmental and capability‑building programs
Strong understanding of adult learning principles, ADDIE, and SAM methodologies
Ability to manage and execute learning and development programs end‑to‑end
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Solid proficiency in the MS Office suite
Ability to work effectively in an ambiguous environment and adapt to shifting priorities and timelines
Experience in process improvement and/or project management (preferred)
1–2 years of experience managing and executing learning‑related programs (preferred)
Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills (preferred)
