Responsibilities

  • The Sales Manager is a high-impact role responsible for driving significant sales growth by penetrating and securing business with the accounts in our target market.
  • You are responsible for defining and executing a strategic account plan to drive massive revenue growth.
  • This involves navigating large organizational structures, establishing rapport with executive decision-makers, and aligning internal resources to deliver customized solutions.
  • You must be adept at negotiating enterprise level agreements and driving momentum throughout the lengthy sales cycle.
  • Fully own a targeted list of strategic accounts, developing and executing comprehensive inbound and outbound strategies.
  • Take complete ownership and accountability for the entire sales process, from the initial qualification (post-lead generation) through negotiation, contract signing, and deal closure.
  • Directly manage and coach at least 2 teammates, ensuring high performance, pipeline contribution, and adherence to outbound metrics.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  • Proactively cultivate a robust sales pipeline through expert individual outreach, collaborative campaigns with your SDR, and efficient management of qualified inbound prospects.
  • Efficiently build and nurture relationships with business owners and key decision-makers (often learning and development managers, or department heads) within the small business segment.
  • Drive swift internal buy-in and successfully negotiate and close transactions quickly, maintaining a high volume of closed deals.
  • Possess the rapid instincts necessary to quickly assess a small business's current needs, financial capacity, and decision-maker motivations, leveraging this insight to position our solution for an efficient win.
  • Maintain impeccable data quality in our CRM with up-to-date customer information, accurate forecasts, and precise pipeline data to ensure optimal business visibility and continuous sales process improvement.

Requirements

  • Native in Portuguese and fully proficient in English (C1/C2 level) for clear business communication.
  • 5+ years of total B2B sales experience, with at least 1+ year of proven success in lead generation.
  • A demonstrable track record of developing greenfield territories and landing net-new logos both in SMB and Enterprise companies.
  • Demonstrated ability to build, maintain, and leverage relationships with senior line-of-business and C-level executives.
  • Possess a true Hunter mentality with solid sales DNA, a proactive entrepreneurial spirit, and an appetite for continual learning within a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Experience engaging with HR & Learning Development teams.
  • Prior sales experience in the learning, e-learning, HR software, or well-being industry.
  • Prior experience working at a fast-growing startup.
  • Previous experience working in a remote & distributed team.
  • Professional working proficiency in Spanish.
