Responsibilities

  • Dive deep into challenges within social care and healthcare, identifying and analysing stakeholder needs, business processes, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Work on projects that have a real social impact and shape the future of digital health and social care.
  • Lead the elicitation, analysis, and documentation of requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment with strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with passionate colleagues, customers, and development teams to design and deliver solutions that truly make a difference.
  • Continuously improving ways of working, leveraging both business analysis and product ownership best practices.
  • Take initiatives that contribute to the development of the company and ourselves.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in requirements analysis, process design, and/or product ownership.
  • Familiarity with digital solutions in healthcare or social care.
  • Experience in agile environments and working with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, written and spoken.
  • It's a bonus if you experience using AI for requirements management, product discovery, or analysis.
  • Knowledge of e-health or social care systems.
  • Product Owner or Business Analyst certification.
