Responsibilities
Own the Cachet content engine across site social, CRM and events
Manage production end-to-end from ideation to ensuring consistent publishing
Track and analyze performance across formats and channels (traffic, engagement, SEO and AEO)
Write clear, engaging content: blog posts, landing pages, social copy, emails
Produce light-weight supporting visuals (e.g. social graphics, one-pagers)
Collaborate with our designer for higher-quality creative assets
Develop content for product launches, PR, partnerships, and conferences
Support Sales with tailored materials (e.g. decks, case studies, product one-pagers)
Keep our website content fresh and SEO relevant
Requirements
2-5 years of experience in content marketing, communications, or editorial roles
Excellent writing and editing skills across long- and short-form formats
Experience managing a content calendar or meaningful social media presence
Basic design and visual content skills (e.g. Canva, Figma, templates)
Familiarity with SEO fundamentals
Comfortable working independently and cross-functionally
Experience in fintech, mobility, insurance, or platform-based businesses (Nice to Have)
Familiarity with HubSpot, Notion, Google Analytics, or similar tools (Nice to Have)
A portfolio of writing samples and light creative work (Nice to Have)
