Seeking enthusiastic candidate for Digital Marketing Executive in Italy team to enhance cashback site operations in the UK. Focus on marketing, customer service, and partnerships.
Responsibilities
We're seeking an enthusiastic person to join our Italy team as we aim to grow our Italian operation/website.
Although the primary focus is on Marketing the website and increasing our member base, the role is varied depending on what is needed each day.
Whether that is customer service, partnerships, or marketing your focus will be on doing what is needed to grow the website and think like it is your own business.
Drive Italian membership growth through community engagement, referral marketing initiatives and market-specific activation.
Plan, launch and manage digital marketing campaigns across channels including referrals, paid activity (influencer, ppc, social media etc ) and email, optimising performance where required.
Create, update and manage on-site content, ensuring the tone of voice resonates with the Italian market.
Deliver good-quality customer service to new members to support engagement and long-term growth.
Negotiate exclusive brand offers to help secure better cashback rates for members
Support wider team objectives and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver shared goals.
Requirements
Good knowledge of online shopping and money-saving initiatives, particularly in the Italian market
Some experience in digital performance marketing. Areas of experience should include some of:
o PPC (Google Ads)
o Social media campaigns (Instagram / Facebook / Twitter)
o App Marketing
o Influencer marketing
o Affiliate marketing
o Partner marketing campaigns
o Email
Analytical and reporting skills – results and fact-driven, with a naturally inquisitive nature and a keen eye for detail
Creative nature with the ability to copywrite and produce promotional marketing material tailored to the Italian market
A self-starter with the ability to motivate yourself and use your own initiative.
The ability to multi-task, prioritise a workload and work to deadlines
