Responsibilities

Participate in mapping out the new site structure, including reorganizing existing content and identifying gaps or redundancies.
Help document navigation flows and user pathways to ensure a more intuitive site experience.
Assist in auditing current pages to determine what should be updated, consolidated, or retired.
Support UX improvements by reviewing pages for clarity, accessibility, and ease of use.
Help gather and organize user feedback or internal stakeholder notes to inform design decisions.
Assist in testing updated pages to ensure functionality, responsiveness, and cross‑browser compatibility.
Update copy, images, and metadata across the site as needed.
Help ensure content follows brand guidelines and is optimized for readability and engagement.
Work closely with the digital team to track progress, maintain documentation, and support project timelines.
Participate in team check‑ins, share observations, and contribute ideas that improve the redesign process.
