- Proactively handling issues from our clients and CS managers through our Jira ticketing system.
- Develop concrete solutions that can be shared with your co workers like scripts / strategy for solving common problems.
- Be proactive and propose improvements (for e.g.: automation) that will enhance team effectiveness and efficiency thus increasing satisfaction of users.
- Clear communication about solutions and ability to analyze and provide workaround solutions to users.
- Translate non-technical questions into technical solutions
- In depth understanding of the Bynder software/Infrastructure
- Highly collaborative and it is important to be able to formulate and communicate
Requirements
- You need to be available for a 6 months long full-time internship
- You need to be enrolled in a school/university throughout the whole duration of the internship
- You are based in the Netherlands
- Basic understanding of MySQL, Postgres, and Bash scripting
- Familiar with basic Python knowledge
- Advanced in the English language
