About the role
- Data Engineering Academy focused on Snowflake and Databricks for professionals interested in expanding their technical capabilities. Fully remote with future office work in Monterrey or Saltillo after completion.
Responsibilities
- Strengthen technical capabilities through a specialized Data Engineering Academy focused on Snowflake and Databricks
- Participate in a 1-month intensive program designed for professionals with solid foundations in data engineering, analytics, or BI development
- Expand expertise in modern cloud data platforms and work on enterprise-level projects
- Collaborate with teams during and after the program
- Required to work from clients’ offices in CDMX, Saltillo, or Monterrey after completion of the academy
Requirements
- Required at least a minimum of 3 years of professional experience (post-graduation) in roles such as Data Engineer, Data Analyst, or BI Developer
- Strong experience with Python and SQL
- Experience working with ETL processes
- Knowledge of data modeling concepts
- Basic knowledge of Apache Spark
- Experience working with Git
- Understanding of Cloud environments
- Knowledge of JSON
- Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum)
- Advanced English level (B2 or higher, preference C1- C2 English level)
- Required Bachelor’s degree in fields such as: Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Related technology fields
- Soft Skills: Analytical thinking, logical reasoning, problem-solving, fast learning, teamwork, and results orientation.
