About the role

  • Consultor de Viagens at BWT Operadora handling travel services and client inquiries. Responsible for sales, problem resolution, and client consulting.

Responsibilities

  • Provide specialized consultation and resolve customers' questions via digital channels and telephone.
  • Prepare quotes and sell tourism services (packages and forfait) to customers via the Sales Portal.
  • Meet the targets established by management.
  • Analyze, synthesize, and report on trends or issues related to destinations within your area of expertise.
  • Participate in training sessions.
  • Request holds and make reservations for tour packages with suppliers.
  • Assist, inform, and clarify any questions from the operations department regarding reservations made.
  • Act as an agent of change and improvement in your area, always aligned with the company's strategic planning, optimizing internal processes.
  • Care for and safeguard equipment and systems provided by BWT or partners, reporting any damages or issues identified.
  • Translate customers' expectations into concrete outcomes by handling customer requests, and evaluate recurring situations so they can be resolved via the Portal.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Tourism and Hospitality.
  • Experience in the tourism industry.
  • Based in Goiânia, Goiás.
  • Intermediate English.
  • Intermediate Spanish.
