Responsibilities
- Act as Project Manager in an agile environment, coordinating squad activities and ensuring alignment with the bank's strategic objectives.
- Plan, track and report project progress, ensuring timelines, scope and quality of deliveries.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies (daily stand-up, planning, review, retrospective), promoting team collaboration and efficiency.
- Map and manage risks, dependencies and impediments, proposing solutions to ensure continuity of deliveries.
- Serve as the link between business areas, technology and stakeholders, translating needs into clear, feasible initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and the bank's internal policies.
- Monitor squad performance metrics and propose continuous process improvements.
- Support roadmap definition and backlog prioritization together with the Product Owner and other leaders.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in agile environments, preferably within financial institutions.
- Experience in registration, onboarding or regulatory projects for corporate clients (legal entities/Pessoa Jurídica) is a plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in risk management, performance indicators and project governance.
- Knowledge of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and management tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.).
- Analytical, results-oriented profile with a strategic mindset.
- Intermediate/advanced English is considered a differential.
