Responsibilities
Act as Project Manager in an agile environment, coordinating squad activities and ensuring alignment with the bank's strategic objectives.
Plan, track and report project progress, ensuring timelines, scope and quality of deliveries.
Facilitate agile ceremonies (daily stand-up, planning, review, retrospective), promoting team collaboration and efficiency.
Map and manage risks, dependencies and impediments, proposing solutions to ensure continuity of deliveries.
Serve as the link between business areas, technology and stakeholders, translating needs into clear, feasible initiatives.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and the bank's internal policies.
Monitor squad performance metrics and propose continuous process improvements.
Support roadmap definition and backlog prioritization together with the Product Owner and other leaders.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Project Manager in agile environments, preferably within financial institutions.
Experience in registration, onboarding or regulatory projects for corporate clients (legal entities/Pessoa Jurídica) is a plus.
Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in risk management, performance indicators and project governance.
Knowledge of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and management tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.).
Analytical, results-oriented profile with a strategic mindset.
Intermediate/advanced English is considered a differential.
